La Flora

The Amazon rainforest has over 2,000 species of trees and 3,000 plants (there are still many without knowing). You can find everything from herbs, shrubs, lianas, epiphytes and climbers, to gigantic trees. It presents various habitats, so it is considered one of the most biodiverse in the world.

Among the forests are an incredible number of trees of all kinds: Itahuba, Caricari, Tajibos, Cedar, Ginger Cuta, Almandrillo and other (50% of timber species are exotic). For its part, including diversity there are some medicinal plants that can cure every disease, ulcers, asthma, snake bites, blood disorders, cardiac, digestive, respiratory, dental, appendicitis, and others.

Some gaps also exist very striking lilac varieties like Queen Victoria, which can grow to two meters in diameter, was considered the biggest aquatic plant in the world. There are also wild flowers of incredible beauty and variety, providing a beautiful color to the area and can be found from the rivers to the mountains.
